What our
Clients Say
The class was very beneficial in that the detail for positioning greatly increased my
awareness of how to position my body for maximum impact (without
injury). I felt quite confident in being able to exert more effort, do
no damage, and still feel the benefits of the position. The teacher was
a great instructor - accessible, focused on the participants, detailed
and precise.
-S Moore, BurnabyThe instructor's constant
encouragement to meet the needs of my body have drawn me into a deeper,
healthier yoga practice. Her philosophy of acceptance is also
appreciated.
-M Burrows, Burnaby
Yoga is a safe method of increasing the strength and
flexibility of the spine. This in turn can help reduce symptoms such as
back and neck pain, as well as muscle tension and stiffness.
