Registration for any classes other than Burnaby must be done by phoning the location.

Below you will find a Registration Form for Burnaby classes. Please complete the form and mail with your payment to the address on the bottom of the form.

*Not available to individuals who already use our healthy balance products. Available only at Greentree Village location.
