We had a great turn out for our first Yoga in the
Park class at
Greentree Village in Burnaby. What a
beautiful night we had weather wise as well. I
look forward to seeing even more people this
upcoming class. Join us Tuesday nights 6:30pm
- 7:30pm in the park on the south side of 4295
Garden Grove Drive. Bring a Yoga mat and some
water and drop in for $12!

1/2 large ripe Hass avocado, chopped
1/2 cup chopped peeled
and seeded cucumber
1 Tbs. minced fresh
1 Tbs. fresh lemon
1 tsp. pure maple
Place all ingredients in mini food processor
or chopper. Add 1/4 cup water, and blend until very
smooth. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
