As we move into the warmer months, we've got our
summer session starting in July, with the exception
of two classes that begin in June.
Join us for Yoga in the Park at
Greentree Village in Burnaby on Tuesday nights.
Weather permitting we begin on June 20 from 6:30pm -
7:30pm. This is a drop in class, no
registration required. Be sure to contact me
for more details if you plan to attend any of these
Pilates for Posture starts Wednesday
afternoons June 7 at
Sunset Community Center on Main near 53rd
Avenue. It will be offered in three 4 week
sets throughout the summer.
As always, in the summer we pare down what we offer,
but you'll still find Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga,
Yoga for the Older Adult, Pilates and, for the kids
between 2 - 4 years old, we'll be offering the fun
filled, imaginative class, Animal Kingdom Movements.

Yoga is a practice that combines the body,
breath, and mind to balance and energize the
complete person. This practice consists of breathing
exercises, physical postures as well as meditation
to improve general wellbeing. To

8 eggs, beaten
freshly ground black pepper
extra-virgin olive oil
onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups frozen
broccoli florets, defrosted
1 ounce goat
eggs together with salt and pepper in a
large bowl until well combined. Place
rack in the middle of the oven and
olive oil in a large, ovenproof skillet
on medium heat. Add onion and saute
until translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir
in tomato and cook until tender, about 2
minutes. Stir in broccoli.

frittata until it’s starting to set
around the edges, then sprinkle the top
with goat cheese. Place the frittata
under the broiler to cook through. It
