Best Food For Kids
Although you don't want to get in the habit of
forcing your kids to eat foods they don't like or
make them "clean" their plates, there are lots of
healthy foods kids like. Parents often overlook
these healthy foods and go straight to what they
think are more "kid-friendly foods," such as hot
dogs, pizza, french fries, chicken nuggets, juice,

Vinegar Roasted Potatoes
2 lb. small fingerling,
multicolored or baby
1 cup cider vinegar
4 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic,
¼ cup vegetable oil
potatoes, vinegar, salt, garlic (if using),
and 6 cups water in large saucepan, and
bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and
boil potatoes 15 to 20 minutes, or until
tender when pierced with fork. Drain, and
